It is your responsibility to read & have an understanding of all Nailssbycoral store policies before placing an order.
Processing Times
Each set created at Nailssbycoral is designed by hand and while it may only take a few hours to create, we do have several orders in process. All press on sets are made after receiving sizing from the client and it can take up to 2 weeks excluding weekends and holidays to make and ship out.
All sales are FINAL.
All of our press on nails are made with the custom sizes you provide. Since the sizing kit, press on set and prep supplies included in your order can’t be reused for another client all orders are FINAL SALE.
Due to the nature of our products being applied to your nails/skin area, we also do not accept any returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for wrong nail measurements so please ensure that you measure correctly before you submit your sizes to our Intake Form.
Shipping Policy
If there is any error in your shipping information please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for any late or lost parcels. After your order is handed over to the post office any shipping inquiries you have will need to be brought to their attention.
Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do our best to not edit the product images to give you real nail colors and also try our best to match the custom order request with the images, shapes, and sizes you provide. Please be aware that there could be slight variations between the actual color and design in some cases. Nail lengths may appear slightly different on everyone due to everyones unique nail size.
